New Athey Creek Middle School
This state-of-the-art, two-story middle school spans 111,600 SF and is situated on a pristine 22.11-acre greenfield site. The facility can comfortably accommodate 850 students. Notable additions include extensive site work, a newly installed track, a turf field equipped with lights, and enhanced parking and street frontage improvements. The intricacies of site access, coupled with the challenging sloped terrain, were expertly navigated during construction. The innovative two-story building has been seamlessly integrated into the hillside, utilizing two levels of grade to optimize space and functionality.
