MTV Real World Portland
The space was a 2nd story vacant warehouse made of brick and timber. All the demolition work, new interior partitions, seismic shoring for a hot tub on the roof, doors, painting, custom bathroom, custom kitchen, special lighting, and developed an adequate power source for the 700 amps needed to run the studio cameras, computers, sound systems by sourcing the power from other adjacent buildings.
