Larry began his career at Emerick in 1975 as an assistant project engineer. Three decades later, he combines his broad expertise with inventive skill to help each of our clients realize maximum value for their building investment. Jim McKune Chief Operating Officer
Jim has held nearly every position within the company since joining Emerick in 1972 as an apprentice carpenter. As Chief Operating Officer, his diverse professional background and hands-on management style give him an edge in creative problem-solving for any challenge, whether related to a client’s budget, schedule, or need to continue facility operations throughout construction.

Corey M. Lohman Vice President & Division Manager Special Projects Group
Corey started out as a project engineer and worked his way up through Emerick over the past decade. He has built SPG’s success from the ground up since it’s inception in 2005. He now brings that experience to all facets of Emerick. With his extensive knowledge of construction and meticulous eye for detail, he is an asset on any project.
